1. Agreement

By downloading or using Keen Grid ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is published by Ubique Technologies OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17102934, with its registered office at Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

Keen Grid reviews the photos already in your library and proposes sets of them to post, together with conservative crops and corrections applied to COPIES. Your original photos are never altered or deleted by the app.

Keen Grid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram" is used only to describe what the app helps you prepare for.

3. Subscriptions

Keen Grid offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

  • Pro — everything on device, unlimited digs and exports.
  • AI Studio — Pro plus the expert AI pass, with a monthly allowance of

    • AI-judged photos stated in the app.

    Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. A free trial, when offered, is available once per Apple Account; if you have used a trial in this subscription group before, you will be charged immediately.

    Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings, or through the Manage button in the app's Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

    The AI allowance resets monthly, does not carry over, and cannot be exchanged for a refund. We may adjust the allowance for future periods; if we reduce it, the change applies from your next renewal and the app will say so.

    Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use the app to process content you do not have the right to use, and not to attempt to circumvent the AI allowance, reverse the app's protections, or abuse our servers. We may suspend access to the AI features if we detect automated or abusive use.

    5. Your content

    Your photos are yours. We claim no rights over them. We do not store them. The app's suggestions are suggestions: what you publish, and where, is your decision and your responsibility.

    6. The AI pass

    The expert pass returns judgments and editing numbers produced by a third-party model. Model output can be wrong, and taste is not a fact. The feature requires an internet connection; when it is unavailable, or the allowance is spent, the app continues to work fully on device.

    7. Availability and changes

    We may update the app, and may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, it takes effect at your next renewal.

    8. Disclaimer and liability

    The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost content, or for the consequences of anything you choose to publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.

    To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

    9. Termination

    You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate access if you breach these terms.

    10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Ubique Technologies OÜ is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Nothing here removes rights that EU consumer law gives you, including the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
